  • Yes — Saran Floral offers wedding florals, event installations, and bespoke designs.

  • To help your flowers last as long as possible:

    • Trim stems on an angle before placing in water

    • Change water every 2 days

    • Remove leaves below the waterline to prevent bacteria

    • Remove wilted petals to help your bouquet last longer

    • If arranged in floral foam, add fresh water daily

    • Keep away from direct sun and heat

    Care instructions are also included with every delivery.

  • Flowers are seasonal and vary throughout the year.
    If a flower in your chosen design is unavailable, we may substitute with a bloom of equal or higher value.
    We always keep the same colour palette, style, and overall look.

  • Yes — same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6:00am on the day.
    Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the following day.

    Weekday deliveries are made after 5:00pm, while weekend deliveries begin from 10:00am.
    Deliveries may be made through Uber or our in-house courier, depending on availability.

  • We deliver across selected suburbs in Inner City Melbourne.
    At checkout, simply enter the delivery address to see if it falls within our delivery range.
    Delivery fees are calculated based on distance.

    If you would like us to deliver outside our delivery area, please contact us in advance at info@saranfloral.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

    Alternatively, customers are welcome to organise their own Uber or courier pickup from our studio and have the flowers delivered to their home at their own expense.

  • We offer delivery Monday to Friday after 5:00pm, and weekend delivery starting from 10:00am.

    Delivery times are approximate, as they may vary depending on the driver’s route, traffic, and weather.
    Deliveries may be made through Uber or our in-house courier, depending on availability.
    You will receive an email notification when your driver is on the way

  • Yes — though some locations may have restrictions.
    If the courier cannot access the building or there is no safe place to leave the flowers, they will be returned for redelivery (fee applies).

  • If it is safe to do so, flowers will be left in a shaded or secure spot.
    If the driver cannot find a safe place to leave the order, or the building requires access, the flowers will be returned for redelivery.
    A redelivery fee will apply.

  • Yes — if your delivery is more than 24 hours away, we can usually update:

    • Delivery details

    • Message card

    • Recipient information

    We will always try our best to accommodate your request.

  • Cancellations are available 48 hours or more before delivery.
    Inside the 48-hour window, flowers will already have been purchased or your order may be in preparation, so cancellations and refunds are not available. See Cancellation policy

  • We always aim for high quality.
    If you have concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers and include clear photos.
    We will review the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
