Cancellation, Order Changes & Refund Policy

  • We understand that details may need adjusting from time to time.

    If you need to make changes to your order (such as flowers and colour to avoid, delivery address, message card, or recipient details), please contact us directly at info@saranfloral.com as soon as possible.We will always do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that:

    Order changes can only be guaranteed up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

    After this timeframe, flowers may have already been purchased or your arrangement may be in preparation, and changes might not be possible — though we will still try to help where we can.

  • Because fresh flowers and materials are purchased specifically for each order, cancellations must follow the guidelines below:

    Cancellations made 48 hours or more before delivery

    ✔ Eligible for a refund
    ✔ Processing fees may apply depending on payment method

    Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery

    ❌ Not eligible for a refund, as flowers will have already been purchased or preparation may have begun.

    Orders already arranged, designed, or dispatched

    ❌ Cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described.

    At Saran Floral, we take great pride in the quality of our flowers and service. If you have concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.

    Refunds or replacements may be offered for:

    • Quality concerns

    • Incorrect item sent

    • Significant damage during transit

    • Major faults

    Refunds are not available for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

    • Flowers not cared for properly after delivery

    • Someone not being home to receive the delivery

    • Minor colour or bloom variations (natural and expected)

    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or courier issues beyond our control

    • Substitutions made due to seasonal availability

    • Orders placed for the wrong date or time

    Flowers are seasonal and may vary in shape, size, and colour.
    Substitutions of equal or higher value may be made to maintain the overall style and palette.
    These substitutions are not considered grounds for a refund under Australian Consumer Law

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • No safe place to leave the flowers

    • Restricted building access

    • Recipient unavailable in a secure apartment/business

    A redelivery fee will apply.

  • Once flowers are delivered, their care becomes the responsibility of the recipient.
    We cannot refund or replace arrangements that have wilted due to:

    • Being left outside

    • Exposure to heat

    • Lack of water

    • Poor post-delivery care

    Care instructions are always provided with your order.
